•         How to open TallyPrime?

•         Click to start button

•         Click to all programs

•         Select TallyPrime 9

•         Send to desktop ->  send to create desktop

 

Tally versions: - (total Versions sum =9)

•         Tally 4.5

•         Tally 5.4

•         Tally 6.3

•         Tally 7.2

•         Tally 8.1

•         Tally 9.0 / release 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 etc.

•         Tally.ERP9 (latest version Tally.ERP 9 Series- Release 6.4.9)

•         TallyPrime (Tally Prime has been officially released on 9th November 2020.)

 

Tally Prime close

•         Press Esc (Escape button)

•         Quit -> yes / exit (ctrl + Q)

 

Functions (FN) (ALPHABATES / NUMERICAL)

FN                   Alt + FN (Single Line)

FN                  Ctrl + FN (Double Line)

FN                   only press FN


How to open TallyPrime ?

- double click on TallyPrime Icon

- Click to Continue in Education Mode

- Click to Company ( Alt + K)

- Click to SHut (Ctrl + F3)

- Press one time Enter (List of companies )

- Click to Create Company

- Press one time Backspace/ Up Arrow

- Press one time End key

- Press backspace & remove Data, And Type our Folder name (i.e. Arpan Sir)

- Press One time Enter

- Then we will get Specify Path (C:\Users\Public\TallyPrime\Arpan Sir)

- Press One time Enter










-> No. of decimal places: - by default 2 (decimal places Grater than 4 is not allowed)

•         In tally two (2) types password.

•         Use security control / Control users Access to company data

•         Company name display  / to see

•         Tally vault password

•         Company name not display / not to see

•         Last 10 star no. is our company no

User / i.e.: administrator

 How to Alternation in our company ( Click to Company - > Alter)
